I have venerable clients that I don’t want to risk passing it on to I also have clients that have vulnerable family members

I take cash, card, Apple Pay or bank transfer
It’s not that I don’t trust you But I do have to remind people all to often and it takes up too much time & it’s extremely awkward for me to chase payment

As of Tuesday 30th November all clients will be required to wear a mask when attending appointments
Please make sure these are DISPOSABLE masks and not home made/fabric ones.
When colouring and cutting it makes it extremely difficult to manoeuvre the straps of the fabric masks without causing damage

There will be a charge for any mask supplied by me to you

I will be asking you to keep these on throughout your appointment where possible

COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS UPDATE

From today the restrictions will be changing however i will be continuing to keep certain measures in place to keep you and myself safe.

- Masks aren’t mandatory from Monday however clients are welcome to wear them if it makes them more comfortable.
I would also like to reassure you, I will be asking each client if they would like me to put a mask on during your treatment.
(I always wear one for facia treatments anyway)

-I would kindly ask that people still gel their hands upon arrival and let me know if they are displaying any symptoms of COVID-19 or have been in close contact with anyone who has.

-If you have a general cough and cold symptoms, I’d kindly ask you wear a mask if you attend your appointment, I haven’t missed being unwell and will also wear one too

- Extensive cleaning regimes will remain the same before and after each client

- I will continue to create air flow through the salon/clinic

-I ask you still attend your appointment alone, children at this time cannot accompany you unless of course they are having a haircut

During your appointment if there is anything i can do to ensure you feel safe and comfortable please do discuss this with me either prior to appointment or on arrival

PROVISIONAL RE OPENING 12th April (reviewed on 5th)

Finally we have a provisional date! This will be confirmed in a few weeks

I know you’re all desperate to book in and I will do my absolute best to accommodate you all, but please bear with me whilst I get through the nightmare of appointments! 🤦🏼‍♀️

Please let me know some dates and times that suit you and what service you’ll need e.g a full head or a tint and cut etc, and I will add you to my waiting list.

I will start contacting everyone in the next few weeks.
You will be given a time/date available (hopefully of your choice, but please try and be as flexible as possible) and will need to respond immediately to secure this along with a deposit.
I will not be holding appointments, so you’ll need to reply promptly and send a deposit to secure it. this is the fairest way and also ensures my time is paid for if appointments are missed without prior notice.
I do hope you all understand and I cannot wait to see you all again

As per Bojo’s announcement we have a provisional date of 12th April, however this will be confirmed in a few weeks.
It could change at any time, as we all know, so with that in mind I will contact everyone when we have had confirmation as I absolutely cannot go through the rebooking process again😩
