I am a married 67 year old army veteran with diagnosed Combat PTSD; I have lived in Littlehampton since 2017. I have a level 4 mental health peer support worker qualification and am also a Sussex NHS Military Champion. I run 2 FB support groups for the Armed Forces and its supporters. To provide peer support to veterans and their families in the local community, I have hired a room at the Creative Heart Community Centre, Beach Rd, Littlehampton; meetings will take place on the second and last Friday of each month, from 3.30 to 4.30 pm. Drop in for a chat over a cuppa and a biscuit (biscuits supplied courtesy of Morrisons Community Champion).
