There has been an update on how we process card payments for journeys booked through our app.

When you book and select a card as your payment method our app will capture your fare upfront, this means that the estimated fare plus approximately 25% will be taken upfront, once your journey has been completed and the fare has been calculated, you will automatically receive a refund for the difference between the fare and the captured amount. This can take 3 working days to show on your account.

If you wish to avoid this, you can choose cash as your payment method and use the in-vehicle card readers where payment is processed at the end of your journey.

The reason for this change is due to the new legal requirements around card payments meaning all payments must be processed using SCA, more information on this can be found here - https://www.judopay.com/solutions/sca

Booking app error!

We have recently rolled out an update to our booking app. If your app closes immediately after opening it, please delete and reinstall it and this will resolve the error.

We are looking for licenced private hire/hackney carriage drivers to join our team. Weekday evenings and weekends available with a good earning potential.
You would be required to work from our Littlehampton base covering local and long-distance journeys.
