I will be starting to resume "normal" service next week, given that the infection rate has dropped. Please call or message me should you like to make a booking. Looking forward to seeing you again soon. 😊 xx
I feel that now is the appropriate time to temporarily close my business, again, to any potential new customers. It's not a decision that I wanted to take, however, I have to safeguard my existing clients. The rapid increase of covid cases leaves me with no other option. I'm sorry that I have had to make this choice and trust that you understand my concerns for my existing clients wellbeing. I will, of course, resume normal services as soon as it is safe for me to do so. Wishing you all a merry Christmas and thank you for your continued support. Please stay safe and well 🤗 xx
I'm pleased to say that "normal" service has fully resumed. Should you wish to book wheelchair accessible transport, please do not hesitate to call or message me. If I am unable to answer, please leave me a message and I will get back to you, as soon as possible. 😊

With the current Covid-19 (coronavirus) situation showing signs of worsening, I remain unable to pick up anyone that is displaying any of symptoms. I hope that you will understand that my aim is to protect the wellbeing of all my clients, as well as myself. I am happy to pick up shopping or prescriptions where needed for clients. Please look after yourself and, if you have any symptoms, then self isolate. If your symptoms get worse or you have an underlying health condition seek medical advice by telephoning either 111, non-emergency help, or by calling 999 if it's an emergency.
It is with a heavy heart I have made the decision not to work this Christmas Day or Boxing Day. This enables me to best safeguard my existing customers by reducing the number of people that I come into contact with and, as such, minimising the potential contact with Covid. I'm sorry that I won't be seeing you at Christmas but look forward to seeing you again once this has passed. May I thank you for your continued support throughout this awful situation. Please take care and stay safe. Justine xx

Under the Equality Act 2010, people with disabilities have the same right to services supplied by shops, banks, hotels, libraries, pubs, taxis and restaurants as everyone else. Service providers also have to make 'reasonable adjustments' for guide dog and assistance dog owners which might mean offering extra help, and this includes allowing guide dogs and assistance dogs into all public places with their owners.
