Good afternoon everyone,

I feel the need to just let everyone in on the current situation. so unfortunately as many of you know I have had severe van troubles the last few months waiting for replacement parts. these are now in hand and the engine in the process of being rebuilt.

in the mean time I have been substituting with my personal car to keep moving forward. unfortunately this is now requiring repairs and is likely to not be fixed until Wednesday.

this does unfortunately mean that I am going to have to close for the next few days and not be able to respond to any pre-booked or emergency callouts.

I do appologise for the inconvenience caused and I hope to be mobile again very soon and back to fully operational status in the new year.

again thank you for all your custom over the years and I look forward to working with you in the new year.

Well it's been a while since posting and I do appologise, we have been very busy and hard at work.

I thought I would write a post and make everyone aware that although Christmas is approaching and the festive spirit is in the air, we are still working. Day or night we are here 24hrs a day.

Please help,
The police have asked us to help find out any information on this man. Sadly this man entered our shop and tried to refund items he had taken off the shelf without paying for. After our stuff refused, he become very, very aggressive and grabbed one of our female employee's by the wrist and then sexually harassed her. He then forced her to refund one of the items and then demanded another £20 from the till. The men left a fake number for us to call for the rest of the money. This man was extremely intoxicated and clearly likes to take advantage of female retail staff, he needs to be stopped. If you know anything that can help, please PM us with any info, all info will be in confidence. The whole event has been captured on CCTV.

In light of this fantastic opportunity we will be extending any boiler replacement or complete central heating quotes placed now will be valid for 90 days instead of the existing 30days.

In the mean time though all gas work will and can still be completed by our sub-contracter.

Did you know we're also able to install complete central heating systems and repairs?

Did you know that your heating system can have a sludge build up? this is caused by insufficient inhibitor(protective chemical) in your system and causes a reduction in heat output from the radiators and can cause boiler breakdowns especially if no filter is fitted.

An easy way to check is to feel your radiators! if there cold or have a significant temperature difference in the centre or along the bottom 1/3 of the radiator then this is a good sign of sludge.

also radiators that struggle to get warm etc etc.
