Saturday night we took a booking from a young lady who wanted to travel from a pub in Worthing to her home in Billingshurst. When the driver arrived, before jumping in the car, she first took a photo on her phone of the driver, and then of the taxi license on the side of the vehicle. These were then presumably WhatsApp'd to a friend. She probably wouldn't have been aware that for the protection of both passengers and drivers all of our vehicles have tamper proof in car CCTV, or that all journeys are GPS recorded from start to finish on our booking system. Even if she had known, what harm is an extra precaution these days? She was doing everything she could as a lone female to ensure she got home safely. Including booking well in advance! What a bright and intelligent young lady. She is to be applauded 👏👏👏

Apologies to app users with an iPhone. The bookings are currently one hour out of sync with our system. The developers are working on it but it may take a couple of days 🙁. The Android version is working fine 👍.

From Monday 8 March a minimum £5 charge will apply to drop off directly outside our North Terminal, enforced using automatic number plate recognition cameras. Blue badge holders are exempt, but you must pre-register up to three months in advance.

The charge will be £5 for 10 minutes, and £1 for each additional minute up to 20 minutes. The maximum charge will be £25 and the maximum length of stay 30 mins. Charges are paid online via debit or credit card.

Alternatively, park for free in our long stay car park for up to 2 hours and catch the free shuttle to the terminal.

With the unfortunate news that we are heading into Lockdown 2 from this Thursday 5th November, our operating hours will be 6am till 10:30pm daily from this date until further notice.
