WiFi in a garden bar where a normal Sky router and boosters are failing to reach 🌴🍺

I suggested a POE hard-wired access point which gave close to 100% of their internet speeds, at the router, into the required area.

To achieve this 👇

A CAT6 cable was run from the Sky router into the loft, to go into a POE switch.

📍This also provided a wired internet to the DVR, previously installed for a more reliable connection, rather than using a powerline adapter.

Then, following existing cable routes down the wall, CAT6 was externally run in conduit underground into the bar.

For a finished look, cable gromits used and all holes sealed.

All cable connections tested and in working order.

● Re-terminated all cables.
● Installed 6x 5MP Hikvision Hybrid cameras.

To finish, we installed a TP Link AX3000 WiFi 6 Access point in the customer's garden bar to get full Fibre speed.

A 6x camera upgrade!

We will be replacing 6x 2MP Swann cameras for 6x Hikvision Hybrid 5MP Cameras. Along with replacing the DVR to allow the customer to use the Hik-connect app.

ALSO

Installing a hard-wired access point in the customer's garden bar to achieve maximum internet speeds for streaming and browsing, as if you were in the home.
