🎨 Dress Code: Wear your Caribbean colours! Whether you’re representing red, gold & green or black, gold & green, come dressed to impress. Bring your whistles, horns, and plenty of energy as we turn Wolverhampton into a Carnival on Bikes! 🔊🚴🏾♀️
Whether you’re a regular cyclist or trying a group ride for the first time, everyone is welcome. Ride with positive people, celebrate the culture, and create memories that will last a lifetime.

Ride N Ramps 🤘🏾 Today, 12 of us pedalled over to Just Ramps for an awesome day at Coal N Concrete!
A huge shout-out to Zac and the whole team for making it all possible 👏🏾💥👏🏾💥👏🏾
It was surprisingly therapeutic spray-painting a T-shirt, and I had a great time giving the scooters a go too… although I think I still need a bit more practice! 🫣😂

What a fantastic day it’s been, pedalling from Hickman Park in Bilston over to Brunswick Park in Wednesbury! 🚴🏿☀️
There was so much going on, from scooter and skateboard lessons to games buses and plenty of other activities keeping everyone entertained.
It was great to bump into Ebony Drysdale-Daley Oly and her amazing team, who were running the Gamechanger MGV bus. It was brilliant to see the positive impact they were having in the community.
A massive shoutout to everyone who helped make today happen. Your hard work and dedication made it a real success.
It’s been a productive, enjoyable day, and it’s been fantastic to see so many people out having fun and getting involved. Looking forward to the next one! 🫡💯👏🏾

Nice solo ride this evening doing a bit of route planning 🚲💭
We’ve been delivering bike rides on the East side of Wolverhampton for the best part of 15 months, and it’s been an amazing journey.
Now it’s time to venture out a little…

Entered via the Moreton School side and, despite having to dodge broken glass on the way up and being greeted by litter at the top, Bushbury Hill is a real hidden gem in Wolverhampton.
The views are absolutely amazing—you can see for miles. It’s the perfect place to sit, relax, and clear your mind. I found a great spot to rest under a tree… I think I’ve found my new happy place 🌳
Heading back down towards Bushbury Cemetery and Crematorium was just as much fun. You do have to navigate a few overgrown bushes, but the downhill run is an absolute thrill. Just make sure your brakes are up to the job!
..and if that’s still not enough adventure, you can carry on exploring Northycote Wood, making it a great route for anyone who enjoys getting outdoors.

Sunday Funday was a success! We covered 10 miles today, and considering the heat, everyone absolutely smashed it. 💪🏾 I’m proud of every single one of you for coming out and giving it your all.
The best part? We were able to enjoy the ride using the dedicated cycle path, making the journey safer, more comfortable, and a great reminder of why cycling infrastructure matters. Whether you’re an experienced rider or just getting started, these routes are there to be used—so let’s make the most of them!

Let’s get more people out on their bikes, enjoying the fresh air, staying active, and making use of the fantastic cycle paths we have. Every ride is another step towards healthier communities, safer streets, and more confident cyclists.
Yesterday’s ride to Walsall was definitely a warm one 🥵☀️, but with plenty of water on board, the mission was a success! 🚴🏿💪🏾
We made our way along the old disused railway track (I believe it was once part of the Grand Junction Railway), passing through Reedswood Park before arriving at the beautiful Walsall Arboretum. Both parks are well worth a visit.
Before settling down, we had a wander around the arboretum to see what it had to offer, then found a peaceful shaded spot to enjoy our picnic. With the cooler opened up, it was time to tuck in! The surroundings were so relaxing I nearly nodded off 😅
Before heading home, we spent a little time feeding the ducks and birds, which was surprisingly therapeutic. It’s definitely somewhere I’ll be returning to.
If you’re looking for a reminder to get outside, slow down, and explore somewhere new, this is it. You don’t have to ride miles—just jump on your bike, discover your local green spaces, and enjoy the journey 🚴🏿🌳

There’s something about a good ride, great music, and delicious food that just lifts your mood. They really are the perfect combination.
Yesterday, I tucked into this amazing ackee & saltfish with white rice and steamed vegetables from Ovens Made With Love, the Caribbean shop on Hollington Road (25 Hollington Road, WV1 2DR). Every mouthful had my taste buds wanting more! 🔥🤤

There is something about cycling, good music, and incredible food that just goes together like bread and butter! 🚴🏾🎶🍲
Nothing beats hitting the road with the tunes pumping, putting in the miles, and pulling up for the ultimate pit stop at Ovens Made with Love on Hollington Road.
Getting to refuel with some amazing food is the absolute best reward after a great ride.
Good vibes, loud beats, and great eats—the perfect recipe for a day on two wheels! 🙌🏾✨
