From simple stitches to statement details ✨
Appliqué and Sashiko are just two of my favourite ways to transform something old with just a needle and thread.
Which technique is your favourite? Appliqué or Sashiko? 👀👇

So much creativity & fun ✨🪡
Yesterday we had the joy of running a patch-making workshop as part of ’s ‘Warm Welcome Spaces’ in Birmingham, and what a lovely session it was 💛
From buttons and scraps to stories and stitches, children and families transformed preloved fabrics into beautiful, meaningful patches. Simple hand-sewing skills, (many picking up a needle and thread for the first time) and lots of creativity! ♻️🌱
These sessions are about slowing down, feeling welcome, and creating together in a warm, supportive space. 🥰
Thank you to everyone who joined us, stitched with us, and shared the space 💕
And a big thank you to Veolia for inviting Reinvntd to be part of this brilliant programme!
