we are private hobby breeders and our rabbits are raised in our home. we are not a business and every penny goes back into their care for food, hutches and bedding and any vet bills that may be needed. All litters born here are planned.
Reserving and sales.

A £10 non refundable deposit secures the rabbit of your choice this is only refunded if i decide not to sell the rabbit for personal reasons or on a very rare occasion if the rabbit falls ill or dies in my care.

Prices vary depending on the type,s*x,colour and breed of the rabbit please be aware litter mates may be different prices because of the listed reasons.

No Rabbit will leave my rabbitry untill full payment has been made.

We operate on a first come first served policy i will not hold a rabbit without a deposit due to timewasters in the past.
I will always accept rabbits back at any time no questions will be asked we understand circumstances may change and we would prefer if they come back to us first.

You must be over 18 to buy from us unless you bring a adult with you that will be also caring for the rabbit.
I can refuse a sale at anytime for any reason i do not need to explain this.

once you have reserved a rabbit with us we will send you regular updates and pictures up untill the day their ready to leave
For first time bunny owners we offer a check sheet which will be emailed to you so you can make sure you have everything you need before your new family member arrives please ask us about this and we will send it over.

other important terms and conditions
rabbits are for life so please make sure youve done your research and can be 100% a good bunny parent before committing
i cannot gaurentee the s*x of the baby when it leaves me but i do try my best sometimes its hard to tell.

please bring a suitable carrier we do not supply these if you do not bring a suitable carrier we can refuse the rabbit to leave our care.

For protection for our rabbits we do not allow people to go down into our rabbitry every sale will take place in our kitchen this is because of the nasty illnesses that are airborn or can be contracted off other animals which may harm or kill our rabbits we are truly sorry for this inconvience but the health of our rabbits are more important.

All of our bunnies will leave with change over feed we advise you keep them on the same feed for their benefit but this is your choice.

All bunnies will leave with a birth certificate emailed over to you as we currently do not own a printer and a guideline care sheet to help you care for your new bunny.

Babies can be reserved from 4 to 5 weeks when we are happy they are thriving we will accept verbal reservations until an agreed date.

We will only hold babies 24 hours without a deposit we will resist them after 24 hours if failed to do so.
