New kitchen we removed the old leaky flat roof. New 8x2 joist and made a pitch roof bricked up the corner of the building new footings and brickwork new electric Velux all new electrics fully plastered and fitting of new Howdens kitchen and quartz worktops fitted by Breedons another happy customer
