2 vacancies are available due to opening a takeaway /cafe in Wick
Opening in January 2022

We are looking for a
Cook & Kitchen assistant

Hours 30-40 hours per week

Must have knowledge of working in the food industry and preferably hold food hygiene certificates, certificates are not essential as training will be provided.

The Role:

* Handling food, Prep and Cooking.
* Maintaining Kitchen Cleanliness.
* Assisting in the cleaning and tidying of the Cafe
* Maintain the highest levels of personal hygiene and appearance
* Follow the law in respect of food hygiene and health and safety

The Ideal Candidate will have and be:

* Reliable
* Friendly
* Flexible
* A background in the food industry

Requirements:

* An interest in food and drink
* Possess plenty of energy
* Flexible, positive and adaptable team player

❗️Covid-19❗️Due to the recent measurements put in place we won’t be working as I don’t think window cleaning is an essential right now, although Nicola Sturgeon said is ok for us to work,I want to keep my employees safe in this environment, so we will be up and running as soon as we can! I’d like to thank all my customers and see you all when we get back to normal! Stay safe everyone!

We currently carry out a cleaning service along with the window cleaning, we carry out a one off clean, deep cleans, builders and sparkle cleans, air b&b change overs, and also house clearances.
Everything cleaned to a very high standard with references if required!
