We recently picked a passenger up from the Airport. It was his 1st flight into Heathrow so didn't know of any local cab services. He checked how much the fare would be with UBER. Fortunately he phoned his hotel for help and they recommended us. Our fare including the car park was £18. If he had booked with UBER it would have been £54

As 2021 draws to a close, we reflect on one of the most challenging years our business and the community we serve has ever faced. Lockdowns and government restrictions changed the way we operated and lived our lives The road ahead looked bleak and we , like everyone else , had no control over it as Covid took hold.

We owe a debt of gratitude to our wonderful NHS staff , key workers and all the Emergency Services that worked tirelessly under horrendous conditions to keep us safe and save lives and keep vital services going.

The other big issue of 2021 which we all need to address is Climate Change. As you know, The Mayor of London extended the ULEZ zone to improve air quality for London. We are pleased to announce that since October 2021,our entire fleet is now 100% ULEZ compliant and we have doubled our electric fleet too.

We were very fortunate to be given yet another opportunity to be part of ITV News coverage at and are extremely grateful that they chose us again.

Finally we wish all our wonderful customers both old and new , a very Happy New Year . Lets hope and pray that 2022 is better for us all
