It’s been a hot minute since we’ve posted so here’s a recent transformation picture we created last week 😍Who doesn’t love a fabulous before & after?!

We’ve been so busy since returning back to work in January we’ve forgot to post any updates! Our posts will now be a little spaced out from now on as we’re running at almost full capacity and are not taking on many new clients (no Thursday evenings/Saturdays)

CANCELLATION POLICY - PLEASE READ 🤍

We have now put a new cancellation policy in place effective immediately.

- For Cancellations 24 hours or less you will be charged 20% of the value of those appointments on on your next appointment. This is for a FULL cancelled appointment and for cancelling PART of your appointment on the day. We cannot fill slots that short notice so therefore we have applied a 20% charge to your next visit/on the visit if cancelling part of your appointment. This will now be in place all year round.

- Christmas/December appointments require 48 hour notice for cancelling.. if this is not met you will loose the deposit you have already paid for the appointment.

We hope everyone understands this new policy.. As you all know we’re a very small salon and it hugely effects us especially during this busy time.. If you need to cancel an appointment please give us plenty of notice.. Thank you, Bemmy x

Also we please ask that you write your appointment down in your own personal diary as our reminders are only prompts and may have issues sending from time to time so should not solely be relied on to remind you about your appointment.
