In the morning we played board games, domino’s was the favourite game of the morning💙💛
In the afternoon we had reminisce, we played word association, using a simple word to spark memories and conversations, what was ment to be a quick starter game turned into hours of fun, learning so much about everyone, we enjoyed this day very much 💙💛

My name is Kirsty I am one of the activities Co-ordinators here. I decided to challenge myself to run 30 miles across the month of june for a cause that is very close to my heart after my mums diagnosis and struggle with ulcerated colitis. When i put the idea across to our management team it got the green light and sarah our deputy manager wanted to join too and then after speaking to other members of staff kayleigh and ayhsa decided they wanted to also do this challenge. We are day 5 of june and so far we have completed a few miles between us and will continue to do so throughout this month. 😀

If you would like to sponser us there are forms at reception and once the run is complete we will collect payments and the final sum will be split 50/50 and half will be donated to Crohn's & Colitis UK and the other half with be going into our residents fund.
