I can't recommend GS Elite enough. I joined wanting to shed some fat and get a bit fitter after having a bit too long off exercise. What I got was a great team of coaches, a great group of people just like me to train with, workouts that were different every time, a great mix of strength work and cardio work and most importantly they got me loving exercising again, sweating, getting out of breath, feeling stronger and just generally feeling better about myself. I shifted a load of fat and got fitter, just like I wanted. Absolutely great!!!!

𝗕𝗢𝗗𝗬 𝗜𝗡𝗦𝗘𝗖𝗨𝗥𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦?

Yesterday, myself and Leigh, the head coach down at Sana went to Nottingham for the MNU Live Day

This was a day of learning about Binge Eating, Intuitive Eating Meets Intentional Weight Loss, Rapid Weight Loss and Working Towards Body Acceptance for Us and our Clients

These were all talks by experts in their field and held by MNU who has the best online nutrition course there is, the one I’m qualified in

We’re very proud of the way we have improved our skill set as coaches to move ahead of most around us so we can deliver a better service to our clients

A question asked by one of the experts to a room which was filled mainly with personal trainers, nutritionist and people who work in this industry was

𝗕𝗢𝗗𝗬 𝗜𝗡𝗦𝗘𝗖𝗨𝗥𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦? Who’s has them in here?

99.99% (yes some didn’t) raised their hands 🙌

Me and Leigh raised our hands 🙌

We’re in a better place than most when it comes to our relationship with food, exercise, habits

Yet, we still have insecurities

If you have them, you’re NOT alone

Stomach, Legs, Back, Arms Etc

We all have our own insecurities and things which hold us back, make us sad, frustrate us etc

I’m a level 2 counsellor, learning to be a level 3 because something which is vital to you getting healthy, is being able to talk about it and then have support so you can understand it

Behaviours, Mindset set is so important

Why can you never keep weight off?

Why do you feel like a failure after these diets?

Why can’t you sustain it?

Why do you feel this way or that way?

It’s complicated and this is why we don’t like Bootcamps and personal trainers who put everyone on the same plan etc

What works for them, doesn’t mean it will work for you

You’re special, an individual

Find yourself a proper couch, a team who treats you like you

You’re not alone, we’re all struggling but having someone by your side who gets it, that will be the difference

Final Preparations ☕️
