This year's campaign will take place from 4-10 September, and the theme is 'Make the time, ease your pressure'.

International dog day celebrates all dogs, mixed breed and pure, and acknowledges family dogs and dogs that work selflessly each day to save lives, keep us safe and bring comfort.
Dogs put their lives on the line every day...for personal protection, for law enforcement, for the disabled, for our freedom and safety by detecting bombs and drugs and pulling victims of tragedy from wreckage, now they're detecting cancer and seizures...things even humans cannot do.

She is passionate about yoga and healthy living, and has a health food business as well as a holistic life coaching practice. Mo believes her purpose here is to help people, and she does this in any way she can. She loves being outdoors and exploring nature with her children, and they go camping whenever they can. Mo lives locally in Appleton, and Is really excited to bring her yoga to the community.
Mo on the class itself:
"My classes are somatic and embodied, meaning you practice in a way that honours your body as every body is different. Therefore, these classes are open to anyone, whether new to yoga or expierianced yogi. Iβm trained in Hatha Yoga, meditation and NLMM. I believe everyone will get something out of it and leave the class relaxed and rejuvenated. I use pranayama (breathing techniques), Asana (postures) and meditation in my classes, and accompanied with music and essential oils to stimulate all senses. I canβt wait to meet you!"
