"Mask wearing and hand sanitising
During the Covid-19 pandemic, Radial Physio has been adhering closely to current Government guidance and regulatory rules for healthcare professionals with everyone's health and safety in mind.
Due to the change of mask wearing rules on 19th July 2021, we would like to highlight that regulations have not changed for healthcare professionals or within the healthcare clinical setting as yet. We are still maintaining high levels of PPE, hand sanitisation and cleaning the rooms in-between each client.
The new variants of Covid-19 circulating are highly contagious and appointments require close proximity. We reserve the right for the protection of our staff and other clients visiting the clinic, to request all clients wear surgical masks and sanitise hands on entering our premises and in face-to-face appointments.
If wearing a mask is not possible, a virtual appointment will be offered instead to ensure you can still receive treatment.
We reserve the right to refuse any treatment if any member of staff receives abuse or antisocial behaviour from clients as a result of being asked to wear a mask."
