It’s not always rinks or patient visits, sometimes it’s CPD in the garden listening to birdsong. Love it.

Well that’s a wrap on another tournament with and it was a successful one! It’s always a privilege to work with such talented athletes, coaches and support staff. Bronze is an amazing achievement as the competition is always fierce.
Now looking forward to helping out all my fantastic patients and getting back to reality.

It’s that time of year again where I wrap up the mobile rehabilitation service for a few weeks to help the incredibly talented athletes who represent Great Britain at the women’s ice hockey world championships (level 1B).
My nearest appointments that are available to book now are on the week starting Monday 21st April.
Get in touch if you need any help.
Thanks

Always love this time of year, but especially when I hear this song. I want to say merry Christmas and big thank you to all of my patients. This year’s has been crazy busy but I’m always grateful to everyone who has supported me. See you all in the new year.

Another amazing experience with at the winter qualifying event in Sheffield. These athletes give so much to the sport they love, it’s an inspiration to work with them all.
Every 4 years a culmination of a massive body of works kicks off with the Olympic qualifiers. This year I’m lucky enough to work at my home from home in Sheffield. I can’t wait to help some unbelievable athletes achieve their dream. Let’s go GB 🇬🇧

In my latest episode of “I’m doing something a little different today”, I was lucky enough to be asked by my old friend to be a guest lecturer at the fantastic for their sport science and health and exercise science first years. I loved the experience and was super impressed with the facilities. Looking forward to hopefully doing it again sometime.

Super proud to help support Noah’s U8 team for this years shirt. Noah gets so much enjoyment out of the sport and it’s always great to see my logo on a sports jersey

So over the past week I was really lucky to be doing something a little different. I had the pleasure of helping out in their pre Olympic qualifying camp in Cardiff. It was a great experience being with the Men’s team and it’s something I hope to do again. I want to thank all the staff and the players who made me feel welcome and it’s always a pleasure to see my GB women friends .keen & 👍
I want to also take this chance to wish the team good luck and have a safe tournament.
