Ivers Care Services a recruitment agency specializing in the provision of last-minute, contract, and permanent staffing solutions for the care industry. We are looking for a strong administrator to join our Finance team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have previous invoicing experience and will possess analytical skills and be looking to forge a career in Accounting and Finance. The primary focus of this role is to assist with all processes regarding customer invoices

Responsibilities and Duties

 Preparing financial documents such as invoices and accounts receivable

 Administrating new contracts to ensure correct invoicing

 Check new contract documentation and ensure its accuracy

 Create monthly recurring and maintenance invoices

 Excellent record keeping and checking that system is updated with all relevant

 customer information

 Any ad hoc requests

Qualifications and Skills

 Experience in invoicing or admin

 Invoice and contract checking

 Analytical

 Ability to work to tight deadlines

 Proficient in Excel

 Experience working XERO or similar accounting package

 Experience in payment collection

 Excellent record-keeping

 Attention to detail
