The Keate House garden is a wonderful place to sit with friends and family for a catch up.

Here is an example of chair exercises, these are for coordination and fine motor skills.
Finger-to-Thumb Touch: Tap each finger with your thumb in sequence, repeating 10-20 times.
Alternate Hand Rotations: Turn one palm up and one palm down, alternating the palm facing upwards, repeating 20 times.
Nose and Ear Grabbing: Gently grab your nose with one hand and the opposite ear with the other, repeating 20 times.
Earlier this week we enjoyed a wonderful performance from Lostock Ukulele group.
