John Alexander walked into my St Joseph's group in Penketh earlier this year....and to all of our amazement he told us he was 93 years old, although you would never believe it....he wasn't happy with his weight and really wanted to lose 1st 5lbs which he did in just a few short months...

He is now a very happy target member and a valued one at that ....he cooks all his meals from scratch loving his Slimming World healthy eating regime and exercises regularly walking 5 to 10 miles a week with his sister since sadly losing his beloved wife before Christmas last year.... he still does all his own gardening and has a large lawn in his back garden which he still mows himself...

We are all very proud of his achievement ... he is loving life and feels great having lost his weight and keeping up with healthy eating and daily exercise to keep it off ....and still attending group each week... having a brew and a chat in our lovely friendly groups where we give a warm welcome to everyone
