Turned out amazing after a 12 hour applewood smoke on my offset.
Just moved here from Canada 6 months ago and am so glad to have found a proper butcher, will be back soon for more pork, and a brisket once the weather gets a bit warmer 😄👍 cheers!

The British beef we acquire is hand selected heifer beef of a certain grade with a certain amount of fat. We dry hang our beef for 21 days as this ensures quality across all of our steaks.
As food lovers, the staff aim to make all of our produce on site. This allows us to ensure that only the finest ingredients are used at all times.
Our sausages are made using only natural skins, and come in a variety of different flavours.
We hand roll and press our burgers so not to over process the meat, giving a soft gentle bite whilst maintaining a fantastic juicy taste.
One range of produce we are extremely proud to produce is our hand sliced dry-cure bacon. From back bacon to streaky bacon, plain to smoked, we do them all.
