Humility visited me

That I may achieve it
Not by trying to shrink myself and make myself less
But by focusing on serving the world and uplifting those around me

Kindness visited me
And it reminded me
To be more gentle, forgiving and compassionate toward myself
And those surrounding me

Confidence visited me
And it reminded me
To not conceal or suppress my gifts and talents
In order to make others feel more comfortable
But to embrace what makes me me

Focus visited me
And it reminded me
That other people’s insecurities and judgements about me
Are not my problem
And I should redirect my attention
From others back to me

Freedom visited me
And it reminded me
That no one has control over my mindset, thoughts and wellbeing
But me

And love visited me
And it reminded me
That I need not search for it in others
As it lies within me.

The Reiki Journey

It’s not just a certificate, it’s a journey, a soul adventure, Reiki takes you home ❤️

Reiki Level 1 is all about experiencing the magic of Reiki for yourself 🙏🏻
It’s very much about self healing and hands on healing.
In Reiki training we go through a process called the 7 C’s
Introducing you to grounding your energy, getting in to a relaxed state, in an instant.
Channelling Reiki, connecting to your spiritual team. taking care of your energy, understanding the Reiki principles and how to embed these in to your life.
You experience connecting to your own life force energy, and that part of you that is connected to everything 💫✨you learn how to channel that life force energy through your hands initially.
You practice as much as you can on everyone willing 😊😊😊 humans, animals, plants. Your kids and grandkids!
Yourself!!
You master the art of being guided. Trusting the process. And experiencing the feedback, I don’t tell you about Reiki, I take you on an experience to discover Reiki for yourself 🙏🏻

Reiki level 1 attunement, helps you to tap in to that part of you that is connected to everything!

A 21 day soul adventure follows each training and attunement.
Where you find you view life completly differently.
You find yourself armed with tools to help you with life and being human.
You find parts of yourself coming up to be given air time. Anything that is holding you back will take the opportunity to pop up and be seen and healed.
You begin to see the magic in everything !
You connect to the part of you that you have been longing for.

Sometimes, at first, it can feel like a detox! If you ever detoxed your skin or your body, the s**t comes out before it all clears up.

That’s why after our days training in the studio we continue our journey together in a pop up private Facebook group, so that you can share your experiences, ask me any questions that pop up, and just journey the 21 day post attunement adventure together as a group ❤️
Implementing all these new tools and exploring the magic at your fingertips through daily Reiki plays, for the 21 days.

It’s a beautiful journey, a wonderful soul adventure!

I remember in my early days of exploring, I asked a spiritual teacher of mine, is there no short cut?

I could meditate my way to my nirvana but I didn’t have the patience or time it took to get there!

Then I discovered Reiki, and realised that I could get to that blissful state of nirvana, peace, calm, relaxation, and connected! In just a few moments, simply by getting in to my reikiflow.

You can’t trick the Universe.
A half hearted ‘thank you’ doesn’t quite do the trick!

It’s not about just saying thank you.
That’s just an affirmation, a statement.
It’s not about just habitual manners 😊

Gratitude is a feeling
A state of being

Anyone can say please and thank you, so many say it on auto pilot because they have been programmed to have ‘good manners’

But how often do you feel the words - thank you?
Truly feel them and become them.
Really sink in to the depths of that state of authentic appreciation?

How often do you take a moment to say thank you for all that is, not because a thank
You is expected. But just because?

How often do you stay in a pit of despair before turning to gratitude to shift your state?

Gratitude one of the most powerfully empowering transformational states We can get ourselves in to.
Or keep ourselves out of.

Being truly grateful for what is, what was, what hasn’t even arrived yet…

Gratitude is a gateway to magic, a gateway to happy.
A gateway to a completly different life.

Gratitude is much more than a simple thank you

It puts us in the flow of receiving

We ask it is given, but if we ask and then are shut of from receiving or we ask but then focus on what we don’t have or can’t do, it’s still there.

We just don’t get to experience it!

Gratitude gives us razor sharp focus to receive even more to be grateful for.

Appreciation, heartfelt thanks,
Can shift our energy, lift our mood. Raise our vibration, open us up to the magical flow of life.

We have all the tools we need for any situation when we have Reiki 🙏🏻😊❤️

We just sometimes forget to use them.

Reiki Principles to change the way we think about and the way we respond to life, situations, circumstance.

Grounding techniques if we are ever feeling overwhelmed, ‘everywhere’ manic, running on adrenaline.

We have relaxation, to calm ourselves in an instant and come at situations from a place of calm.

We have our Reiki flow to get in to whenever we need to sit with and allow our feelings.
Whenever we are in pain, physically or emotionally.
Whenever we need to work
Something out, get clarity, or just need to switch the world off for awhile.

We have Reiki flow when our energy is low, we can lift our energy and therefor our mood.

We never need feel helpless in any situation. Because we can always send Reiki.

When we feel lost or out of sync with who we are, we can connect to that part of ourselves, that is connected to everything 🙏🏻✨😊❤️
