I have lost count how many times over the nearly 11 years Little Luxury has been trading where someone has been in, paid & left fine, raised no issues and the team have thought they were happy to then find out they are not happy or there has been a misunderstanding because of a public review/ social media.
This particular issue was no fault of the business or the team, and an online post/review could be so damaging to a small business.
We have a '100% happiness' guarantee. We can not meet that guarantee if you do not raise any concerns, issues, confusion, or problems whilst you are IN the salon, to your therapist or member of the team.
This isn't just a job to me or the team. It is our passion, something we put our all into every single day, and when things like this happen, we really take it to heart because we really do care that everyone is 100% happy! 🫶

Two large appointments have no showed this week.
One large appointment today on what should have been a fully booked day 😔😔
Normally, our booking system protects the business from no shows with card capture and no show fees, but unfortunately, both this weeks have remained unpaid & zero response from the customers that have not shown.
We understand things change & all we ask is you let us know if you need to cancel or re arrange within 24 hours, and we will move your appointment & booking fee with no charge!
All we ask for is some respect.
Please don't leave us sat waiting for you, sat with no income for the business.
To protect our business further, if you do not show up to an appointment & the fee is not paid, your account will be banned from online bookings, and 100% payment for future bookings will be required.
We reserve time for you. Time is money in a service industry & no shows put our business & staffs employment at risk.
