The funeral of Her Majesty the Queen will be taking place on Monday 19th September and this has been designated a Bank Holiday. In order for as many people, including our staff, to mark the funeral the practice will be closed. Staff will be contacting patients to rebook any appointments that have already been made for that day.
If you are unwell and need medical advise or treatment on the bank holiday, please contact NHS 111 (www.111.nhs.uk or call 111) so you can be signposted to the right service for your needs.

Difficult experiences can add up and may lead to outbursts of anger. Our tolerance levels are like lava in a volcano. The higher the lava level, the more likely an eruption.
With each stressful life event, our lava rises. The result is that then even a relatively minor stress can cause an eruption.
Practising coping strategies and understanding your levels can help prevent this.
