How long will it take???
That depends on you
Fitness and progress can not be defined by a time and depends on how much effort you can put in and how much time you have
But most of all even if you have 2 sessions a week, and just try to get active and change your eating habits with our advice
You can still do it
The most important thing is consistency
Every week, not matter what it’s a non negotiable you go to the gym and you stick to your food habits whilst you reach your goal with some flexibility
Martin Lees has been nothing but consistent. He is one of our most dedicated and loyal members and we love him to bits.
But th best thing is that Martins story is relatable….
He’s never been to the gym before, he does a sit down job…. His diet was not perfect and he still likes the odd treat
Everything was hard for Martin at first , but now he’s the fastest in the group and can complete all the movements
Just adding the changes we’ve recommended he’s getting there by not over complicating it and sticking to it week in, week out.
His attitude and consistency is what’s got him there so far….

I hear this a lot.

I wasn’t ready to join the armed forces at 17
