We’re thrilled to be expanding the support available at the Living Well Hub with a range of new services launching next month. Whether you need advice, assessments, or ongoing support we’re here to help.

🕑 Wednesdays: 2:00–4:00 PM
🕙 Thursdays: 10:00 AM–12:00 PM
Support with council services – including Blue Badge applications, Council Tax queries, local benefits, and more.

🟢 First Response Team (WBC)
Appointment-Based Sessions
🕘 Tuesdays: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
🕘 Thursdays: 9:00 AM–12:30 PM
Initial adult social care assessments with direct links to follow-on support at the Hub.

🟢 Autism Assessments (Merseycare)
Appointment-Based
🕘 Tuesdays: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Professional assessments and feedback sessions in a supportive environment.

🟢 Sleep Clinic (Warrington & Halton Hospital)
Appointment-Based
🕐 Mondays: 1:00–5:00 PM
Linking with the Lifestyles Team to offer weight management and sleep support.

🟢 TB Clinic (Bridgewater)
Appointment-Based
🕘 Thursdays: 9:00 AM–12:30 PM
Ongoing TB follow-up appointments and advice.

🟢 Cardiovascular Disease Prevention (CVDP) (Warrington & Halton Hospital)

Prevention clinics connecting to support for smoking cessation, weight management, and healthy lifestyle changes.

🟢 Youth Service (WBC)
Drop-in Surgery

Open-door support for young people from the Warrington Borough Council Youth Team.

We're recruiting additional staff to support our HAF Holiday Club provision during the school holidays this Summer. We provide fun and engaging activities for children during school breaks and are seeking enthusiastic, reliable individuals to join our existing team.

We've had incredible support from Penketh & Great Sankey, Warrington Slimming World with Becky who have donated 105 Easter eggs to our appeal!

Two of our staff team, Sam and James, will be taking part in the Mersey Tunnel 10K on 13th April 2025 to raise funds for St Joseph’s. The race begins on the Liverpool side of the River Mersey, heading through the Kingsway tunnel before taking runners along the promenade, showing off the Liverpool skyline at its best, and finishing in New Brighton.
