💚 Live online yoga classes will start on this Wednesday 25th March. 💛

As we will be spending more time at home I have extended the timetable to 10 classes per week and where we can additional classes outdoors.

❤️ This is the weekly timetable starting Wednesday 25th March until Thursday 30th April ❤️

Wednesday

6.30pm: Yin Yoga

Saturday
10am Hatha Yoga - OUTDOORS OR ONLINE
(please continue to book this class if you would like to attend. The day before I can confirm if it will be online or outdoors in Lymm WA13).

To book a class send me a message on Facebook messenger, text, Whatsapp or email. I will then contact you to arrange payment and with a link and password for the LIVE class.

So many of us have felt the impact of this crisis, Therefore I have adopted a pay what you can approach for the classes:

⭐Option 1) An unlimited monthly pass £55. Come to as many classes as you want to for 1 month.
⭐Option 2) £5 for a drop in, if you can afford to pay more you can choose to pay the usual rate of £8 or £9 or more if you wish.
⭐Option 3) You can continue to pay using the usual 5 or 10 class passes.
⭐If you have lost your livelihood as a result of this crisis or can not afford to pay to join our online classes, you can join for free. Just email me and I will arrange - no questions asked.

Hi lovelies!

I’ve been thinking about this for a while and have made a decision to step away from social media. And this decision for me feels fabulous!

I spend far too much time scrolling.

Over Christmas I had a social media break and felt more energised, less dependent and freer. I read more, played more, had more time for the people I love and for my own pleasures.

I’ve always felt ‘I need social media for my business’ but I’ve decided for my well-being I don’t need it.

We are all different and I know some people thrive on social media but for me right now It doesn’t feel right.

So it’s not a break, not a good bye but just, I won’t be on here daily. I will still be checking in and posting about new events. Just not as often.

Yoga Beginner 4 Week Course

14th February - 7th March

7pm - 8pm

The benefits of yoga are numerous and well reported. From maintaining fitness, reducing stress, sleeping better, boosting your immune system, healing pain, changing body shape, improving balance, increasing flexibility and so on. Essentially, staying healthy and strong.

Starting on Monday 14th February will have the opportunity to join an in-person yoga beginners course to work through simple sequences and break down some of the most common postures that are practised in yoga classes.

This course is suitable for beginners but also very beneficial for those returning to yoga and anyone who would like to go back to basics to build your confidence in a yoga class.

Aside from the postures we will cover other key aspects of yoga including mindfulness, breathing, meditation and intention.

Class sizes will be limited and bookings will be taken on a first come first served basis.

Course Fee £50 includes 4 week course, handouts to keep to support you on your yoga journey.

Location: Lymm Village

Yoga mats available to borrow for the duration of the course.

Happy New Year!

I haven’t been on here for a while and I’m loving the break!

Yesterday we welcomed in 2022 with a walk around @tattonpark and I took this photo in the car on the way back.
New Year’s Day and we had the roof down. Barleys ears flopping around in the wind.

I’ve got another 10 days off, classes starting back on the 12th January and I’m starting a yoga beginners course on 17th January 💫

Lots of other exciting things planned for 2022, but looking back to this time last year, so much has happened that I never expected, we never know what life will bring so here’s to that. LIFE 💫

And just like that, I’m 36 years old watching these women again. I remember being 14 and watching them, I remember the awkwardness of the s*x scenes whilst sat in the living room, pretending to be very cool and unbothered whilst me and my mum sat together, face going red, heart pounding! Wanting the world to swallow me up.

I remember deliberating which one I was most like…

And now here we are. I’m not like any of them, but that doesn’t mean I don’t love them!

Apart from the obvious in episode 1 the thing that stood out to be the most was Miranda’s awkward moment, this women who has her s**t together , lost it and became flappy. Words spilling out, Uncontrollable, nervous, saying everything wrong. Panicked. This warmed my heart ❤️ and every time I see this happen my heart warms. Because I do it. I start talking, I don’t know what I’m saying, I lose it. Sometimes nothing comes out when words are meant to be spoken. I go red, sketchy and super awkward. My heart pounds, sometimes my eyes fill with water. When it happens it’s like a panic attack - maybe it is, maybe it’s not. If you see me do this, please warm your heart too. Smile at me in a way that says “it’s ok!”
Talk gently, take control and relieve me/the person from talking. I am pretty sure that it’s not just me and Miranda who do this. So please be kind to any person you see struggling. Open your heart and smile.

Here is a reminder of mine I want to share.

Stop giving a damm what other people think of you.

You do you.

Everyday, maybe 20, sometimes 50 times a day I say this to myself.

What they think about you is none of your business.

Enjoy your life, you do what feels right, what lights you up. Nobody else is walking in your shoes. You can’t control them judging you but you can choose not to give a f.

Keep choosing you.

If you like this great, if you don’t, I don’t care. It’s none of my business.

Happy 1st of December indeed! Anybody else feeling like this year has flown by but you’ve lost track of everything! What happened when? How?

Well we are here again, another reminder that life moves quickly!

Anyway in celebration of another day, month and indeed year I’m going to be teaching 2 classes tonight. A fun, well thought out sequence 🐬 followed by a scrumptious yin yoga flow.

Tomorrow I have a 7am 40 minute class online followed by an in person class at 9.30am @apuspeak.cc in Knutsford.

On Friday I’ll be working with the lovely @helbrede_healing to bring a 2.5 hr restorative yin and sound bath to Lymm. Almost sold out - so let me know if you would like one of the last spaces!
