Palo Santo wood is a sacred wood from Peru it is highly regarded for its healing properties and is used for calming and grounding, purifying energy cleansing and to inspire creativity. Be careful of palo Santo that isn’t real you can tell by the low price, the scent and the smoke also the darker coloured lines in the grain.

White sage is used to cleanse and clear negative energy and is known to remove up to 94 percent of bacteria from the environment. This can be used to cleanse your aura and surroundings.

Selenite is an aura cleansing high vibration crystal that is spiritually purifying. It is a great crystal to use on a daily basis cleanses itself and other crystals too.

🔥Spend time creating a little earth and fire magic in your home. I will admit I have been lighting a fire every day and also using salt lamps in almost every room so the house is actually glowing when it’s dark. During Autumn it’s become a daily ritual which I both enjoy and also feel benefit from.

The theme for International Yoga Day this year is 'Yoga for Humanity' focusing on making yoga accessible for all in whatever capacity you are able to practice. The overarching aim of this theme is to highlight how yoga can be used to deal with the stress, anxiety and trauma caused by the covid-19 pandemic and how we can achieve holistic health for everyone, in some capacity.
