I cannot remove these products. There are so many different formulations out there that I have no way of knowing if they can be removed properly,or even if they can be soaked off with acetone. I cannot predict how long this would take.

I need to be able to see your natural nails in order to recommend products that are suitable for your nails, lifestyle and nail goals

Not sure if it’s the strange changing weather or the back to school shift, but lots of people have said the same to me this week.

When feeling really demotivated doing ‘something ‘ leads to doing ‘more’ leads to ‘achieving something’ leads to ‘feeling better .‘

This morning I arrived at the gym feeling ‘meh’ and the lady next to me was huffing and puffing.

I asked her if she was arriving or leaving and she said ‘arriving .. huff ‘

‘ ahh, are you here to find some umf today and you are not in the mood like me ?’

‘Yes that’s it, that’s me today ‘

‘do you know what ? Let’s not do that, let’s go on the gym floor and find our energy!’

‘Oh yes! I’m up for that ‘ she said

So I managed 45 flights of stairs on the stair climber 👍 I wasn’t going to do any. I beat the ‘meh’ I hope that lady found her energy too🤞
