BIG NEWS! Lottie is engaged! She has been with her lovely fiancé, Seb, for seven years, so this has been a long time coming 😉.

We did it! We both walked 100 miles for and raised £665 in total, more than 4 x our original target of £150.

We can’t believe it’s been 4 months since Gabi started with us. She came into a very busy salon and was booked up from day 1! She’s taken it all in her stride and we love having her as part of our AMODA family (and finally having someone to keep the manicure stations organised again!)

If you didn’t already know, Gabi is our queen of nail art, and this week she has been testing her skills out for some of you with flowers, swirls and all sorts of colourful creations. Hi from my hols 👋👋 I’m having the best time. However much fun I’m having, I always try to remember to still look after my skin!

Even though I’m religiously applying my SPF, I’m wearing a hat whenever I can to protect my face and décolleté even more!

And my Hyaluronic Acid Lip Booster has been a lifesaver as my lips can sometimes dry out in the heat but they’ve been absolutely fine 🙌.

Hope you are all having a lovely summer! We’ve been tag-teaming time off to enjoy the sun and Anna is off on a holiday to celebrate her 40th soon, so we’re super busy when we’re in the salon ATM.
 
Because of this, you might see a little less of us on here over the next couple of weeks, but we will be back with a bang at the end of August 💥.

The school holidays have always been a juggle for me having my own business. But I hope that I have shown my kids that hard work pays off and that you can have a happy family life and a career if that’s what you want. X

I’m Anna 👋. I founded AMODA in 2008 as I wanted to create a salon that welcomed everyone and felt like a home from home for our clients.

I’ve been in the beauty industry for 20 years and have loved watching it change and develop during this time. I’m really passionate about offering the best possible treatments, which is why we’re regularly investing in new technology and constantly attending training sessions.

I’m proud that we can bridge the gap between traditional beauty and aesthetics, offering maximum results for our clients whilst providing a relaxing, luxurious treatment at the same time.

Massive congratulations to the lionesses! As a Mummy and Aunty of a young girl who plays football, we are over the moon to see England win the tonight. We’ll be celebrating for them, and can’t wait to see what this brings for the future of women’s football ♥️
