This client has arthritis and a cyst in the knee causing pain. The hospital have said there is no treatment at this stage.
The tissue around the knee is tight and painful and these silicone cups are so flexible they can be used for massage over difficult joints and used as suction to improve the blood flow.
The knee felt significantly less painful afterwards 💕

This was treatment for an acute injury after falling on his neck diving in football.
Instant restriction and trouble turning his head but I was able to get the bar straight on it, cups the next morning and evening and within 48 hours he was back doing an intense exercise class (and smashing it) 👊
It’s easy to spot where the problem is as the skin colour is more brown and bruised.
Keep those bodies moving ⚽️

There are lots of miles in these legs and alot more to come. Maintenance treatment to give this long distance runner the best start 🏃

Do you cycle?
Whilst the legs had a good massage with the metal bar, the back benefitted from cups. Holding the cycling position can create tightness you don’t even realise is there!

Have you been watching the Olympics? Yesterday’s 100m breaststroke winner Nicolo Martinenghi had some lovely cupping marks!
