How to hack your Happy Hormones naturally π
1. Dopamine:
β’ Listen to upbeat music.
β’ Get good rest.
β’ Eat a sweet treat like dark chocolate
β’ Complete a small daily task
2. Serotonin:
β’ Walking.
β’ Going out to get some sunshine.
β’ Meditation.
β’ Cardio exercises.
3. Oxytocin:
β’ Hugging someone.
β’ Cook a meal for a person you care about.
β’ Talking with peers.
β’ Petting your dog.
4. Endorphins:
β’ Watching some comedy.
β’ Burning essential oils.
β’ Doing cardio.
β’ Eating dark chocolate.

To calm your nervous system, try practicing deep breathing, engaging in physical activity, and focusing on calming activities. These techniques can help reduce stress, lower heart rate, and promote a sense of relaxation. π
