Last, but certainly not least, here’s Rach 😊

Rach has been tattooing since 2016 and apprenticed under Paul Saunders.

Rach has a background in graphic design and digital art. She has a passion for anything nerdy and Japanese, and has her own custom designs book in the studio for clients to choose art work from. The book is full of designs she would like to tattoo.

She specialises in bright and colourful tattoos, neo-traditional, Old School, anime, comics and gaming tattoos.

She enjoys designing custom pieces for her clients to give you a completely unique tattoo.

Next up is Laura 😊

Laura has been tattooing since 2004 and has been with us at Voodoo since 2014.

Laura has a background in graphic design prior to moving into tattooing. She is a very versatile artist who can turn her hand to any style from delicate intricate work, to old school, Japanese to realism and portraits plus everything else in-between.

She loves to tattoo old school pieces, bright vivid colour pieces, large or small, and music related rock & roll tattoos.

She also specialises in cover-ups & reworks of old & crudely done tattoos and breathes new life into them.

Laura loves the challenge of very large scale pieces in any style and is also our very own resident belly dancer extraordinaire!

Next up we have Izzie 🤗

Izzie started her apprenticeship under Paul Saunders in 2011. Within just 2 years she went on to work in and oversee some of Paul’s previous studios - Voodoo 2 and Tattoo Fusion - where she developed her versatility, becoming accomplished at several tattooing techniques.

Since reducing the number of artists working for him, Paul brought Izzie back into Voodoo Warrington 4 years ago.
Izzie has grown a large and loyal client base but continues to enjoy taking on new challenges... everything from quirky ideas, meaningful pieces or large scale projects.
She specialises in detail with very fine line work and dot work.

Anyway, this is Lee, just incase you’ve forgotten who he is 😝

Lee apprenticed under Paul Saunders and has now been tattooing since 2005.

Lee's background is in sign writing so you can be assured of a quality custom script from Lee.

He specialises in black & grey work, portraits, realism, custom scripts, B&G Japanese, large scale black & grey pieces and everything in-between, He is a very versatile artist and has mastered all different styles of tattooing. He also loves the challenge of large scale black & white pieces in any style.

A bit about Paul aka The Boss!

Paul has been tattooing since 1991 and served his apprenticeship under his Dad Saz Saunders, who he then worked beside for 10 years before moving on to open up Voodoo Tattoo.

Over the years, Paul has won multiple awards whilst tattooing at various conventions and is respected by his peers.

He is experienced in all styles of tattooing and is versatile enough to turn his hand to any style, although he does love to work on large colour pieces & Japanese styles, "the bigger the better".

If you have an appointment between now and December 2nd, you will be contacted by your artist (if you haven’t already) and will have your sitting rearranged for when we can reopen.

So, all being well, the lockdown will be lifted as stated by the government on Dec 2nd.

A message from Tattoo Izzie 🤗

Following last Thursday’s Government announcement, we will be re-opening the studio on Tuesday 14th July. Please read the following important information. Please also arrive 5 minutes before your appointment to allow time to have your temperature taken and to fill out new forms.
•
In order to ensure that we are protecting our clients and artists and keeping everyone as safe as possible, the following measures will be put into place, as per current guidelines:
•
> Customers must inform us if they are presenting with any symptoms of Covid-19; your appointment will need to be rescheduled
> Customers will be required to have their temperature measured upon entering the studio
> Hand sanitiser must be used on entry to the studio and will be available for regular use, as required
> Face masks must be worn by customers (artists must wear visors); these will be provided in the event of a client attending without their own
> Social distancing rules will apply as far as possible, with the exception of the individual artist and client
> Current Government guidelines do not allow facial tattoos and piercings, therefore these won’t be available until the advice changes
> Customers must attend their appointments alone, with no exceptions, in order to ensure that social distancing may be maintained
> We will no longer be able to provide towels or cushions; customers may, however, bring their own
> Customers attending longer appointments where they feel a drink or snack may be required should bring their own; unfortunately, we will not be able to provide refreshments for now.
