I firmly believe when you are confident in your own knowledge in both the hardware and software in a hearing solution, and you're able to communicate about it in easy to understand language to potential new hearing aid wearers, you're onto a winning formula. And that's where I come in; I'm always on hand for you to ask those tricky questions, or even those questions that you are sure you knew but the answers are currently evading you just because it's Monday morning!
When I'm not talking about hearing technology, I've got a 1 year old puppy, Walter, who will be happy to have every spare moment of my attention. That is if I'm not covered in paint, with a hammer in hand while I'm mid house renovation!

Outside of work, I am kept busy with my close family, I love spending time with my 4 children and 8 grandchildren. Especially the 5 of my grandchildren who play football, so you’ll often find me cheering them on from the side-lines most weekends!
