A Few highlights of 2022....I could only choose 80 photos 😔 I had so many more 😆
What a year it has been....I've loved every minute of it, including the crazy hours my job comes with....my heart and soul goes into absolutely every item that leaves my kitchen....this years motto has been "you either go all in or your going home and I'm never going home 😆" all my cakes, treats and desserts are homemade from scratch using fresh quality ingredients locally sourced....shopping from local businesses is so important to us small people....its what makes our dreams a reality ☺️
I'd personally like to thank each and everyone of you for supporting my little home bakery not just for the last year but since I started almost 3 years ago....I'm so grateful to all of you for helping me get to where i am today and its a privilege that you choose my little business for your treats and special occasions...from the bottom of my heart 💜 THANKYOU ☺️🙏

💜HAPPY NEW YEAR, JANUARY UPDATE💜
I am around on social media today until 6pm this evening, Im having a full switch off until the 16th January for some much needed time off....
💜My Diary is open for 2023 from the 16th January, before any booking is confirmed....a deposit will be taken via bank transfer once the quote of your cake has been accepted, prices vary on size, flavour and decoration....personalised cake toppers are an optional extra.....any advance bookings will be given a guide price, this might change slightly due to ingredients cost etc. Please book in advance to avoid disappointment I'm in for an extremely busy year 😁. PLEASE MAKE ANY ALLERGIES KNOWN AT THE TIME OF MAKING YOUR ENQUIRIES.
💜My little pop up market stall is back from February with an extremely busy year ahead which I'm so excited about 😁 with our regular area's of Great Sankey, Birchwood Shopping Centre and Bents with Independent Street plus some new area's aswel 😉 keep a look out on my page to where you can find me.
💜NEW SPRING MENU'S will arrive in February ready to launch from the 1st March, VALENTINE'S MENU'S will follow from the middle of a January. MOTHER'S DAY & EASTER MENU'S WILL BE COMING SOON, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU PLACE YOUR PRE-ORDERS AS I WILL BE MAKING TO ORDER THIS YEAR DUE TO BEEN EXTREMELY BUSY.

My last cake of 2022 that went out yesterday for last night....I never post on the day incase its for a surprise.
A tall cake with 4 layers of vanilla sponge filled with Raspberry Jam and vanilla buttercream frosting with a theme of n**e, cream and gold topped with Artificial Roses, prosecco bottle and a personalised topper.

Billionaires Flapjack Slices will be in today's Treat Box for the last time until next winter....its will be replaced in March at Bents Garden Centre Artisan Market and you will be in for a treat 😁

Artisan Market start back with Great Sankey Artisan Market with Independent Street on Saturday 18th February where I will start the year with Traditional Homemade Puddings (for warming through at home or suitable for home freezing), Cream Cakes and more delicious treats 😁😋 im so excited to share these with you ☺️

A classic Victoria Sponge style Sponge and filling with colour scheme of gold, cream and purple/mauve with Artifical Roses, Cadburys chocolate and 3d Butterflies topped with an 80 & Fabulous cake topper 😍
