To say we’ve been a little busy would be an understatement. We’re blessed that alongside our amazing stockists, we’re still in high demand with weekly customer orders. We’ll forever be thankful for your custom.

We’ve been quiet whilst juggling life, which can be a crazy whirlwind most of the time.

A steady, controlled extraction.

Beans can only take you so far.. it’s up to you to ensure your machine is set up and dialled in to pull every ounce of flavour from that coffee.

As a rule of thumb:

•25-30 second extraction time (how long it takes to produce your desired yield)
•2:1 ratio (if you have an 18g basket, your final shot should yield approx 36g of liquid in the cup)

We serve control tower in our shop, it has notes of caramel, dark chocolate and citrus fruit making it a well balanced coffee.

Yesterday we had the pleasure of spending the morning with three of our stockists, and finished the day at Great Sankey market catching up with close friends that we’ve come to know through the artisan market scene; we’ll be posting up our market haul on our stories 🔥
