More photos of a bike that came in with ,how can I say poor fabrication is an understatement ,we will not touch anything that comes in like this ,even the side rails are out like a dogs hind leg ,I hope whoever has done this as not touched anyone else's frame they would need to get it checked out ,down right dangerous,welding is absolutely appalling as is the rest of it.

Another piece of poor fabrication ,this is on a frame that came in which we will not touch as its very poor and liable to snap, a new frame is currently being built by us ,photo shows just how far out this swingarm is and completely twisted,also been cut to get the bends in box section which you don't do and even then it's out, even small jobs like this need to have a jig set up to ensure everything is spot on

Engine mounts done properly by us ,second pic shows mounts done by a cowboy builder ,these people shouldn't be going near people's bikes

So this mornings job was to start a new frame for the Gsx750 Beast, as the frame that was suppose to be built for it before is scrap, poor welding and badly put together by someone else, frame rails all bent up ,axles and headstock next ,rear rails to size up,then it's in the jig to weld up

And so ,the next one starts ,Frame for Gsx750 Beast

So ,later in the week we will be starting the gsx750,as this frame is totally beyond salvage and very poorly made to say the least,accident waiting to happen,poor fabrication ,poor welding,poor joining of tubing,frame out by 2 inches ,rails not in line ,its going in the bin, ,so its a new frame and done properly 👍

Few alterations on a lovely Shovelhead,rear mudguard corrected ,lifted,New mounts,new sissybar mounts,drivechain slipper guide added, rack fitted, fabricated front mudguard and left to get a bit of patina on it and clear coated badges fitted to tank ,rear wheel spacer machined up,and an oil tank by us
