Although the national lockdown is easing, local volunteers at community hubs across the District continue to support vulnerable people in your communities.

We've managed to get hold of some lovely Cotton Face Masks. These are available in our shop for £7.50. We'll be donating £1 of each sale to The Hub, Beeding who have been doing a magnificent job for the community.

Our 100% Cotton Face Masks are beautiful quality. Comfortable to wear and adjustable to fit any face size. They are triple layer cotton and include an integral pocket for an optional filter. Chose from 5 different fabrics.

We're really happy to team up with our great friend, at Shi Online, who will be offering any online orders to be delivered (by hand local to Steyning, or free postage if needed).

Thanks to your generosity, the Horsham District COVID-19 Appeal, in partnership with The Hub, Beeding, has so far raised £7,206, but there's still a way to go to meet the £10,000 target by the end of May.

CAFECHURCH - this Sunday 10am - SIGNUP REQUIRED
We begin the new year with our new series Finding Ancient Pathways, seeing how ancient Psalms can nourish our modern souls. We begin by looking at perhaps the most well-known Psalm - Psalm 23. That's a change to the published plan.

This Sunday, we'll be having our CafeChurch style event and SIGNUP IS REQUIRED so we can monitor numbers - click the link to sign up.

Remember, as part of our commitment to one another, we're asking please to take a lateral flow test on Sunday morning before you come, and please don't attend if you have any COVID/cold like symptoms, even if a lateral flow test is negative. Masks need to be worn (unless you are exempt). Refreshments will be served at the tables and we'll keep mixing to a minimum.

CAROLS IN THE CAFE CANCELLED - We were so looking forward to the Hub's Carols in the Cafe on 23 and 24 December. It probably won't come as a surprise but we've decided to cancel the event as COVID numbers are rising significantly and we don't want to hold events which might impact anyone's Christmas celebrations.

Café will be open this week, tomorrow and Wednesday and then closed until it reopens on Tuesday 4 January. Of course, that all depends on the government guidelines at the time.

THERE WILL BE NO IN-PERSON CHRISTMAS DAY SERVICE. The Church services will also be online for the time being, and if you subscribe to the Hub's YouTube channel you'll keep up to date with what's happening. Search for YouTube.com/thehubbeeding We'll have a short Christmas celebration on our YouTube channel on Christmas Day at 10am.

Over the Christmas period, foodbank will still be available by prior arrangement. Get in touch and we'll arrange a time to get food to you.
