Last week, we traded our respective home offices for our actual office in London. It’s a rare treat to have the whole lot - designers, artists, devs, and producers - in one physical space without a "you’re on mute" in sight.🤝
Our tech leads ran a series of workshops on AI and agentic workflows, which is a posh way of saying we’re looking at how to make the machines do the heavy lifting so we can focus on the interesting bits. We spent the rest of the week split into three teams for a project-focused game jam, seeing exactly how far we can push the tools. (Further than we thought, as it turns out.)
A week of reviewing, brainstorming, and far too many Post-it notes. Back to the screens now.☕️

✨Looking back at UKIE Conference – March 5th✨
Our Commercial Director, Bukky Moemeke , joined a panel to share ideas and experiences on the trends shaping the gaming industry today.

💡Small teams, big impact: even teams under 10 can reach millions, thanks to modern engines, tools, and platforms. Being lean is now a real advantage.
🤖 AI as a helping hand: speeding up prototypes, smoothing workflows, and boosting creativity, without replacing developers.
