Does your sunbed story go like this?
My reason for using sunbeds was never to gain a tan but to keep my psoriasis flare ups down and it has worked ๐
Iโve had psoriasis ever since I was a teenager, however, Iโve been enjoying 2 sunbed sessions a week since turning 18 and I've found that my skin has never looked better which has given me confidence walking down the high street or even being on holiday by the poolsideโฆsomething I never thought Iโd ever be comfortable doing a few years ago.
The bonus is that I get a nice colour too even though that was not the initial reason why I started using sunbeds.

We look forward to the nice warm feeling the sunbeds give our legs and joints twice a week and with the extra Vitamin D we are getting, our joints have not felt this good for years ๐
