Another small job completed a couple of weeks ago, involving the replacement of 1 side of a rotted door frame with hardwood to match the existing and re hanging of the original door which hadn't fitted for quite some time.

Nice little inside job this week. I replaced the original 1985 worktops using invisiblejointingmethod, cutting and fitting of new timber window cills and a re tile, all in the customer's design choices. Original units and sink. All tidy and ready to hand back and for decoration by other.

Last week's Main job which was helped enormously by the dry and milder weather was this recycling and bin area.
It will really help with the property tenants keeping the outside of the apartments tidy.

This is the 4th of these bay window conversions I have done in the last couple of years. it's surprising how much space was created inside the room with this small alteration.

I took out the concrete blocks which were infilling the original garden gateway, reinstating the original arch with natural stone using a traditional lime mortar.

Really happy with this transformation of a tired garage.
Providing a pitched roof with reclaimed clay tiles, and wany Edge Larch cladding, also a large double electric door to make access easier than the 2 original.
I also reduced the ground level on 3 sides to provide an extra parking area
and clean access around the perimeter.

Small job this week creating an edging, step and gravel area to a porch I built last year.

This 1 is from last year, I really enjoyed constructing this porch, I also arranged the rendering of the entire house which was carried out by a trusted associate.

Here are a gas metre box and a troublesome mantelpiece, now secured with hidden fixings and resin bonded. Small but satisfying jobs for a many time returning client.
