Cooking Spanish Pardina lentils tonight, with Soffritto, tomato purée, Spanish olive oil, Tellicherry black pepper, black garlic, turmeric, cumin, Picante Pimentón de la Vera, and Jalapeño peppers.

Back to hissing fun, for only 12 minutes, so tonight 4 scoops M&S Soffritto base, garlic butter, olive oil, Pimentón de la Vera Dulce, chilli flakes, tomato purée, garlic, lemon zest and juice, mint sauce, herb salt, pepper, turmeric, hing, stock pot, and finally I think, 1scoop each Black Eyed beans and Amarilla Canaria beans. Sounds hard work but simple.

The last of the "Spanish" beans I cooked a few days ago. Eggs tonight, Tiger Bay bread and Sriracha Yuzu chilli sauce. Smokey lushness.

You've seen the video by now, so what do you serve with gorgeous, smokey, healthy beans. OK I experiment, so how about 6 seeded toast with cauliflower cheese, beetroot and Sriracha Yuzu chilli sauce. Lets just say, plate is clean.

Going Vegan Spanish tomorrow so overnight soaking for 1 scoop each of Judión beans, Amarilla Canaria and Caparron Redondo beans. Cooking in Potts' stock and Pimentón de la Vera. About 15 minutes in the Hawkins. Garlic, pepper, sea salt, olive oil etc.

A busy day blending etc. After 29 years this could be my last batch. First order going out tomorrow. Like everything else the cost of spices and tubs has increased, in my case by 28%, but I will stick to my pre-covid prices. Thanks all. (Still £6 for 160g tub.)
