Let’s talk calories ⬆️
Calories is a BIG topic in the fitness industry and a lot of stupid diets get thrown to naive people who will literally starve themselves to have a ‘ better body’ - this is not healthy or sustainable
The fact of the matter is yes you have to be in a calorie deficit to lose fat. But the amount of calories you intake depends on YOU, YOUR lifestyle, YOUR activity levels!!
Just because your mate says there on XYZ cals does NOT mean you should be on the exact same!!
Take care of your body and remember it take month/ years to put ON weight so don’t expect to LOSE weight in days/weeks it’s a process, stick with it and you’ll see results 👍🏻

The ‘perfect body’ does not exist…..
Truth is, everyone has their own idea of the ‘perfect body’, setting goals and having high expectations is great, But getting into bad habits and being obsessed with the idea of this ‘perfect body’ isn’t
Yes to loose weight you need to be in a calorie deficit, yes to gain muscle you need lift heavy, but above all of that you need to make sure your quality of life is good!!
This means being happy and healthy, mentally and physically:)
Don’t let social media influence the way you ‘should look’ and focus on a steady progress that is sustainable for you and your lifestyle!!! Yes the results may take longer to come but TRUST THE PROCESS and enjoy the process as well !!

What a season it’s been for me 🤍
having a massive passion for what I do inside the gym and out is what makes me different to other personal trainers and fitness instructors!!
Playing internationally for England colleges this year, playing for my home town 🖤🤍 and learning a lot from professionals since the young age of 14✨
There’s still a lot to learn but the knowledge and experience I have gained is what makes me good at what I do 💪🏼
