In Glasgow to assess the reflexology and massage students in their exam today.

As many of you know, I also dabble in tutoring and this is the third year I’ve been asked back as internal examiner on the students big day. Always a privilege. Good luck folks, you’ll smash it!

This week is national volunteers week. I have been volunteering my therapies to those at the end of their life at St Columbas Hospice for 2.5 years now. Today they held a strawberry cream tea for us all 🍓 the figures from the past year of volunteer hours given across the hospice itself and through its shops, compassionate neighbours etc was 48,000. What an achievement! (144 of those were mine). I feel extremely privileged to be able to give back in this way, anyone who knows me, knows I absolutely adore being here 💛
