The “wholesome Sikh cab driver, Cockney Reg”, had never travelled out of the UK due to his London cab work being highly demanding, and the charity work he does picking up people in need free of charge.

One of his passengers asked him if he would like to take them on the longest every Taxi fare, until the meter reached $10,000 or £8,000.
"Hell yes" said Reg😜

After being told he couldn’t take his rented cab out the country, Reg ‘quit on the spot’, and the YouTubers bought a secondhand black cab for £2,500, for him to drive. The garage kindly fitted an old meter to the cab for the journey.

During their journey Reg exclaimed “never in my lifetime have I seen the real White Cliffs of Dover”.
“We left from Brick Lane, London, and we’ve come here to the Eiffel Tower,” he added.
Sadly Cabbie Reg added that he wished he could have travelled with his family.

The commentator went on to say “So the next day we distracted him by setting up an interview for him while we flew his son out from London to surprise him and join us for the rest of the journey”.

The scene then cuts to an emotional moment between the two as they teared up, hugged each other, and said they love one another.

Following positive comments on my Ukrainian peace angel I’ve developed the idea into a Ukrainian Tiffany style cross. Hope you like it. 🤞

I had a lovely Ukrainian lady and son call at my stall in Cockington saw that I made glass angels and asked if I had one in the Ukrainian flag 🇺🇦 colours. I didn’t -but made one for her which she was grateful for. It set me thinking and I have now made a ‘peace angel’ in the Ukrainian colours. In the background you can see the solar panels I use to power the soldering iron by the sun 🌞. Seems appropriate as the yellow in the flag represents crops and….sunflowers. They will be on sale in Cockington gallery in the Village. Soon (as son as they are mounted on cards) What do you think a peace at Christmas card??
