This 2016 Audi A3 Saloon came into the workshop for a full service.

Upon inspecting the vehicle we noticed that the front brake pads were wearing thin, and the front tyres had reached the legal tread limit of 1.6mm

We were able to carry out all of the work the same day, saving the customer time and money.

2004 Vauxhall Combo

This van had recently been purchased, and needed some TLC and preparation before its MOT.

We had to investigate a loss of power. We found the turbo shaft had excessive play resulting in a loss of power.

We supplied and fitted a replacement turbo, carried out a full service and replaced the fuel pressure sensor to get this van running back how it should.

Customer has the van back driving better than ever.

PRG Trailers

We carried out Full services on two trailers for a local transport company.

Both Trailers have been checked from hitch to tail lights, have both been extensively serviced and ensured to be operating correctly for every day use.

We carried out a various repairs to lights, brakes and suspension whilst the trailers were with us.

Both Trailers inspected, equipment checked and serviced giving the drivers confidence in their vehicles to compete their job.

This vehicle was recovered to us as the Cambelt had snapped.

We carried out an engine replacement on the vehicle supplied by the customer. Whilst the vehicle was with us we carried out a Cambelt replacement on the replacement engine and fitted a new clutch to the vehicle.

This vehicle came to us for an interim service and brake fluid change. We used OE quality parts on the vehicle and had a fast turnaround for the customer.

We went to the customers workplace for this vehicle to have front and rear brakes replaced.

We used Genuine VW parts as the vehicle is under warranty.

We replaced on site whilst the customer was at work.

This vehicle was recovered to us with no power and warning lights on the dashboard.

Further investigation revealed the crank pulley had broken. We replaced the crank pulley and had the customer back on the road using OE quality Parts.

2006 Polo GTI 1.8t

This vehicle was recovered to us for a suspected alternator fault.

We diagnosed the fault as a faulty alternator as the vehicle was not charging at all at idle. We and had an OE quality part sourced and fitted the same day for the customer.

We carried out some repairs on this catering trailer as there was faults with the vehicles wiring meaning no lights on the trailer when connected to a vehicle.

We diagnosed the fault as water ingress into the rear lamp units causing the terminals to corrode beyond repair.

We replaced both rear light units and had the trailer back out working again.

This Mazda 6 came to us for routine servicing and for a wheel bearing replacement.

2010 Audi A1 1.6TDI

This vehicle came to us in limp mode with the flashing coil light on the dashboard. We quickly diagnosed the fault as a faulty fuel injector. We sourced the parts the same day fitted and coded the parts and had the customers vehicle back on the road in no time.

2012 Vauxhall Movano

This customer contacted us as the vehicle had been stood for some time. The vehicle was stuck in limp mode.

We diagnosed the fault as a faulty air flow meter. We sourced OE quality parts and fitted the parts at the customers address saving the customer a risky drive/recovery fee to the workshop.

2005 Kia Sorento

This vehicle came to us for an intermittent starting issue. We diagnosed the fault as a faulty starter motor. We sourced Quality parts and had the vehicle back on the road for the customer in no time.

2013 VW Caddy

This vehicle had came to us for some MOT failure work, the vehicle had a snapped leaf spring and had worn brake pads, we sourced OE quality parts and fitted them for the customer to get the vehicle back on the road.

2012 Mercedes Sprinter 313 CDI was recovered to us for a suspected crank failure.

Further investigation revealed the crankshaft had seized up.

We suspected the cause of this was a faulty injector causing the cylinders to run imbalanced over a very long period of time. We had the injectors removed and tested and found one injector to be seized solid.

We sourced a replacement reconditioned engine and fitted it to the vehicle. Along with a new water pump, clutch, fuel injector, full service and MOT Preperation.

This vehicle is back on the road for the customer.
