I’m ready for a slower autumn. 🍂

Less rushing.
More evenings around the table as a family.
More noticing the season changing around me.
More time to pause and check in with myself.
More presence and less distraction.

I love holding our women’s circles in autumn, they feel so much cosier and the glow of the candles always make my heart happy.

Circles give us time to step out of everyday life and reconnect with ourselves and in the season around us.

So here’s to the start of autumn… and to doing a little less. 🤎

Lavender Wands 💜

Our Summer Solstice circle at Ashra was perfect, so many new faces and the Lavendar from my garden smelt incredible.

I loved growing it, bringing it to use in our ritual, and then getting hands-on and making something just for the fun of it.

True whimsy. Not the plastic gem stickers I’ve seen trending 🥴

A creative ritual is the perfect way to end a circle; brings us back into our bodies before heading home 🫶🏻
