Very impressed with the prompt, friendly, efficient service of Tommy and Owen on the first leg of our move from Birmingham to Scotland. They loaded everything up and were on their way within an hour and a half. On the second leg (offloading in Glasgow), Billy became part of the team, and ofcourse this proved even more effective and efficient. Would recommend Sterling Sinclair to anyone needing to relocate near or far!

Many thanks go to the Management and Operational Team at Sterling Sinclair Removals for their incredible help to move out of our old house and into our new house on the same day last week. Each member of the team demonstrated tremendous care, patience, humour, work ethic, fitness and strength to move heavy objects up and down stairs in each property, Their "can do / nothing is a problem" and humerous approach was hugely appreciated and alleviated my stress levels, slightly ! Despite a lengthy delay in obtaining keys on the day I cannot thank Ross, Owen and the whole team for their incredible understanding, patience on the day. During the move of hundreds of items in a 5 bedroom house only 1 wine glass and 2 xmas baubles met their fate !
I cannot recommend the team at SRS highly enough !!!

The service from Sterling Sinclair was excellent from our first meeting with Ross to working with the guys who did the move. The price was also very competitive and we were provided with boxes and packing materials to help us. Everything was moved quickly and safely and with a great positive 'can do' approach. I have recently moved to Islay on the West Coast of Scotland from Central Scotland.. I looked around for competent well reviewed removers.. and settled on this company to be the nominated choice.. good wisdom.. excellent choice..

The Manager appeared at my partners home first.. and started the process of boxing and placing all of her ‘stuff’.. and some of mines.. (and trust me.. I mean a lot of ‘stuff’).. into storage for a couple of months.. then on the day.. of removal.. everything went well until the crew were not able to get over to the Island for a couple of days.. weather.. all the Ferry’s off..

About a week later.. another attempt.. (the weather had been horrendous).. told to return just after Balloch at Loch Lomond.. ferry cancelled…

The final attempt got through.. albeit the poor boys were off the last ferry.. and didn’t arrive at my home on Islay time 21:20hrs… but true to form with this outfit.. no nonsense.. they worked on without a moments rest and were still at it at midnight.. now that’s what I call high end stuff.. demonstrating as it did.. to ensure our satisfaction as first priority.. these guys must have not got to their beds until 2am in the morning eventually.. they were booked into a Hotel in Port Ellen.. God bless them.. did they work.. everything arrived fully intact.. not a mark on anything.. and everything removed with such care.. Special Care Baby Unit (SCBU).. standards.. that standard is excellence.. and boy did they deliver..

A special thanks to all of the boys.. superb.. quality staff.. well trained.. and a special mention to Ross.. the Manager whom prices and organises the whole show.. (recently elected to the lofty position of Chairman of The British Society of Removers).. no surprises there.. a very worthy choice.. thank you all..

Moving home is a major ‘stressor’.. up their with births.. deaths and marriages and divorce.. they reduced that stress simply by being good at what they did.. not the cheapest.. but you get what you pay for.. and we got quality.. commitment.. diligence.. and a single most valuable of qualities.. they returned the trust I placed in them.. that is the standard of excellence..

Highly recommended.. I will use them again.. (hopefully I’ll stay here for a good while).. but to my family and friends.. they have been recommended.. and to anyone else reading this review.. you get what you pay for.. and if it’s excellence you are looking for.. don’t hesitate.. make that call.. 🙏
